For the safety of yourself and other members, we ask that you familiarise yourself with our gym rules to help create a safe and healthy environment for everyone.
Please practice good gym etiquette by respecting others, wiping down equipment after use, re-racking weights, and sharing equipment when necessary. Be mindful of others and avoid monopolising equipment for extended periods. Do not slam or drop weights on the floor, as this can damage equipment and disturb others. Avoid loitering around equipment with larger groups to ensure you don’t affect others' space within the gym.
For your own safety, please do not lift heavier weights than you can handle with proper form. We want to ensure you stay within your limits and gradually progress to heavier weights. Listen to your body and pay attention to any pain or discomfort. Additionally, please wear appropriate clothing and shoes to ensure your safety.
Our gym rules also include Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines, which focus on ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all individuals using the facilities.
